The Story continued...

360 degree survey for providing a first hand feedback to all the HOG’s on aspect related to their behaviour while at work. Further two of our HOG’s attended a work shop on predictive Indian dealing with understanding of behaviour in work environment

A new factory facility  of over 80,000 sq.  was created, which also accommodated the support functions for production including the stores

Purchased a plot of 10,000 sq ft in the neighbourhood, to set up an independent Service Center including training, due for completion end April 12th

Got the existing REL compactor design verified from Tooltech, the recommendations are being implemented

Broke down MSD presale into distinct operations - Tendering, Marketing Services and Commercial

MSD was successful in wining a few, large international competitive bids (CB’s) such as PWD Goa, funded by JICA, KEIP – Kolkata – ADB, KMRP (Bangalore) world

The hi-flo series which was initially launched, and sold to private contractors namely Rubicon, Patel, Michigan, Capital Engineers soon gained acceptance among Civic Bodies. We have till date sold 30 such machines

Hived off Railways from CSD and started an independent division called RSD. To focus on track cleaning / coach washing besides other standard applications

The strategy for CSD to expand with their product offering met with great success

CSD sold its first truck-mounted sweeper 650C to NDA, and followed by two sweepers to MEPL, Mumbai and their first VT650 to ITC.

Sale of Kamsweep 3AT grew by leaps and bounds in the CSD market. Also, they have sold more than 50 chassis-mounted sewer cleaning machines – a product which they introduced from MSD basket with great success

LSD launched and sold back-to-process and contact-less sweepers

Oct. 2011 – Sold first CN200 to ITNL C/o ILF&S

Aug. 2011 – Sale of Johnston sweepers, was the highest with 30 number, the largest being the single order of 10 numbers to Ramky
