This year we celebrated the 25th of January as our Annual Picnic. All us KAEE Team Members visited Garudmachi - a beautiful trekking resort and played a whole lot of team sports and trekked up a hillock too ! A full day celebration !

This year we decided to do something different for Womens Day ! For the first time in the history of KAEE, all of us KAEE team members went to the new e-square cineplex in Hinjewadi to watch the Neeraja - the story of a brave strong young airhostess and her battle with terrorists aboard a Panam Flight.

This years Safety Week saw a whole lot of activites - from a walking talking quiz - Chalta Bolta , a Slogan competition ,  a Poster competition , 3 informative lectures on Safety Health Environment, Personnel Protective Equipment and  Fire Fighting. Phew ! We had a whole week of engaging and knowledgable sessions !

Mr. Menzi, the grandson of the propreitor or M/s Menzi Muck visited us for a week in March to train us on the operation and maintenance of  Menzi Muck machines.
We must share with you, Mr. Menzi was such a good sport and thoroughly enjoyed India - he even ate a few chillies !

Mr. Jari Naemi of M/s Remu visits us and after much research and understanding, we together launch the Kam-Dredger Big Float in 2 models. A amphibian dredger mounted on a crawler cum pontoon capable of desilting upto 12m long.

We organised for the well being of all our employees a Health Talk by Mr. Nilesh Supekar of Herbal Life. The importance of eating right and exercising enough was discussed extensively.

On the 14th of August, our annual Blood Donation camp was organised and 49 bags of blood were collcted this year. For the first time this we organized a Medical Health Check Up for all our employees. Happy to inform you all that 25 people out of 50 are hail and hearty and the remaining 50% have minor BP and weight issues.

We were a little worried about our teams health and hence have started ensuring lots of table tennis and badminton is played ! A company that plays together, stays together !

This years Seva and Sports was celebrated with a twist. A week long Badminton Tournament culminated in the Sports Day Finals on 29th April 2015. The winning teams were Mr. Bhushan Patil and Mr. Mahendra Gaekwad and Runners Up Mr. Uttan Yewale and Mr. Kiran Pawar.

Unfortunately, due to the dismal Order Booking scores of our SCs this year we did not conduct the Annual Sales Coordinator Awards, but a Sales Gala Night was organized with a quiz and music program at PYC Gym.

An Employee Satisfaction Survey was conducted and 100% employees said they were happy to come to work every day and saw a huge potential for our sector in the coming future. We are delighted !

KALP - Kam-Avida Leadership Program –a 2 year
Rotational Training Program that requires the
individualto complete modules in each department
before passing a test and moving to the next
department. The KALP Scheme employs 2
Trainees per year – 1 technical and 1 non-technical.
KATS - Kam-Avida Trainee Scheme – we promotes
a holistic and liberal growth of an individual. In
line with this thought, the Kam-Avida Trainee
Scheme requires a Graduate Engineer Trainee to
spend 6 months to 1 year in all technical functions
at KAEE. Post this, the trainee must chose his
department of interest and can pursue his career in
the same.
