Our Sales Head - South India - Mr. S Harikumar made history this month! He single handedly bagged the largest KAMJET 2 LC order for 70 nos from DICCI, Hyderabad. We are very proud indeed!

Kam Premiere League had 6 teams battling it out for the trophy! The winners of the Cricket Tournament were the Grey Team with some winning shots by Mr. Ramjan Mulla, Mr. Siddheshwar Raut and Mr. Shekhar Dhoble. A competitive match and a fun day indeed!

The MBA students of Sasmira University, Mumbai visited us at KAEE to learn about how to mechanise our PMs Swachh Bharat Mission. The kids were moved to hear of the plight of our sanitary soldiers and pledged to support the mission whole heartedly!

Health is Wealth and we at KAEE had a Medical Check Up to ensure that all our team members  are healthy, welathy and wise! A host of tests were conducted for all our members at the KAEE Office itself.

Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas! Its our favorite time of the year - the cold weather, warm coffee and shiny gifts! Santa visited us on the 21st December with food, drinks and gifts! Our Mr. S Harikumar spent 3 days training the desludging operators at DICCI Hyderabad on the operation of our machines. We at KAEE soon will be organising specialised training camps for all such DICCI operators.

12th August 2016 saw 75 people from KAEE and offices around donating blood to the Morya Blood Bank, Chinchwad. Our sincerest thanks to all those who came forward to make this unselfish contribution.

Business Process Engineering aka BPR is an ISO process that esnures processes and departments are continualyl updated and re-engineered to attain optimum standards. We inaugrated our BPR endeavour with QC and Design in the forefront and will soon run a BPR program for all our 18 departments.

Hey You! Did you know that Pune has been selected as Smart City! Yes Sir it has! Pune's Health and Sanitation, Transport, Internet Connectivity and many more facilities are expected to  see a huge improvement! In regard the same, the Chairman of the PMC - Mr. Girish Bapat, procurred from us at KAEE our Kampac REL 14 as a first step towards a cleaner and garbage free city!

The EDP Department has strated getting quite competitive! They organised across the company, a competition for the Best ERP Imrpovment Idea. Many team members contributed with some excellent ideas! The winners however we - Kishor Sonone of Purchase in 1st Place ; Ms. Juliet Fernandez of Credit Control is 2nd Place and Mr. Nilesh Thorat of Accounts in 3rd Place.

The Ministry of Urban Development along with the Swachh Bharat Mission invited some of India's biggest waste management agencies to New Delhi to exhibition their products and solutions. We were among the companies invited! Our Mr. Vijay Dhavan and Mr. Sandeep Singh Ravat put up a great show of our Kam-Pick and Kam-Transplater machines.

Happy Dussera! Flower and colour rangolis, mouth-watering sabudana khichidi and coconut barfi snack and  tools and tackles pooja is how we celebrated Dussera this year! What did you'll do?

Our Certified External Providers - M/s Macwel Corporation, M/s Sai Shraddha and M/s Raj Enterprises visited us during Dussera and were falicitated for their commendable contribution to our production processes and our success. Our sincerest thanks to them for their continually help and support!

This year was a celebration with much fun and games - Be it a round of skits on themes with social messages or a fun trust building team game on our roof top terrace ; Lakshmi Poojan at our Plant 1 ; Traditional Wear Competitions ; Diwali Devi Bhajans all served with  some yummy Diwali faral! 2016

To celebrate the success of our new ISO Certification, the Kam-Avida Quality Team - Mr. Ganpat Dhanawade, Mr. Prashant Madhurkar and Mr. Azar Mujjawar were rewarded with a special gift! The Team and their families were sent to Fort Jadhavgad on a rainy Sunday to bask in some scruptious lunch, some games and signtseeing and a wonderful monsoon drive!

After much deliberation, we have relaunched our Kampick SM 2.25 machine - seen here is Mr. Mumtaj Shaikh with the machine on in a closed top tempo (ue to the monsoon rains) being taken to a location for a demonstration. This machine is deal for pick up outfoor litter like leaves, dirt, glass, paper, gravel, cloth, plastic, etc.

Our CFO - Mr. Mohanrajan Pisharody, retired this month after a long working stint! We wish him all the best in life and hope he has a relaxed retirement! We will definitely miss him!

The International Standards Organization recently released its ISO 9001:2015 certification and guess who the first company in the industry to be certified is? Yours Truly indeed !! KAEE now has an updated ISO 9001:2015 certification

We started a Management Dialoguing process for all our team members and the conversations are ongoing. Our HR team along with the selected member analyze PI reports, 360 degree surveys and come up with a robust development plan for each member.

Guess what - our finance team managed to drastically drop our interest charges this year - we had to celebrate! Some lip smacking North Indian food was devoured at Punjabi Rasoi !

HR published its annual training calendar this month and it is amazing! Training programs for 2016 include Finance for Non Finance, Theory of Constraints, Hydraulics, Technical Tendering, Computers, Engg Drawing, Excel, English and ERP.. Phew!
