To celebrate the success of our new ISO Certification, the Kam-Avida Quality Team - Mr. Ganpat Dhanawade, Mr. Prashant Madhurkar and Mr. Azar Mujjawar were rewarded with a special gift! The Team and their families were sent to Fort Jadhavgad on a rainy Sunday to bask in some scruptious lunch, some games and signtseeing and a wonderful monsoon drive!

After much deliberation, we have relaunched our Kampick SM 2.25 machine - seen here is Mr. Mumtaj Shaikh with the machine on in a closed top tempo (ue to the monsoon rains) being taken to a location for a demonstration. This machine is deal for pick up outfoor litter like leaves, dirt, glass, paper, gravel, cloth, plastic, etc.

Our CFO - Mr. Mohanrajan Pisharody, retired this month after a long working stint! We wish him all the best in life and hope he has a relaxed retirement! We will definitely miss him!

The International Standards Organization recently released its ISO 9001:2015 certification and guess who the first company in the industry to be certified is? Yours Truly indeed !! KAEE now has an updated ISO 9001:2015 certification

We started a Management Dialoguing process for all our team members and the conversations are ongoing. Our HR team along with the selected member analyze PI reports, 360 degree surveys and come up with a robust development plan for each member.

HR published its annual training calendar this month and it is amazing! Training programs for 2016 include Finance for Non Finance, Theory of Constraints, Hydraulics, Technical Tendering, Computers, Engg Drawing, Excel, English and ERP.. Phew!

Our annual Seva and Sports day was such a blast ! We cleaned up the entire factory, shopfloor and office spaces, ate a scrumptious meal and played a some hardcore cricket ! Kam-Premiere League (KPL) winners Ashoka beat the Maharana team by almost 28 runs and ensured a victory dance followed !

This year we celebrated the 25th of January as our Annual Picnic. All us KAEE Team Members visited Garudmachi - a beautiful trekking resort and played a whole lot of team sports and trekked up a hillock too ! A full day celebration !

This year we decided to do something different for Womens Day ! For the first time in the history of KAEE, all of us KAEE team members went to the new e-square cineplex in Hinjewadi to watch the Neeraja - the story of a brave strong young airhostess and her battle with terrorists aboard a Panam Flight.

This years Safety Week saw a whole lot of activites - from a walking talking quiz - Chalta Bolta , a Slogan competition ,  a Poster competition , 3 informative lectures on Safety Health Environment, Personnel Protective Equipment and  Fire Fighting. Phew ! We had a whole week of engaging and knowledgable sessions !

Mr. Menzi, the grandson of the propreitor or M/s Menzi Muck visited us for a week in March to train us on the operation and maintenance of  Menzi Muck machines.
We must share with you, Mr. Menzi was such a good sport and thoroughly enjoyed India - he even ate a few chillies !

Mr. Jari Naemi of M/s Remu visits us and after much research and understanding, we together launch the Kam-Dredger Big Float in 2 models. A amphibian dredger mounted on a crawler cum pontoon capable of desilting upto 12m long.

We organised for the well being of all our employees a Health Talk by Mr. Nilesh Supekar of Herbal Life. The importance of eating right and exercising enough was discussed extensively.

On the 14th of August, our annual Blood Donation camp was organised and 49 bags of blood were collcted this year. For the first time this we organized a Medical Health Check Up for all our employees. Happy to inform you all that 25 people out of 50 are hail and hearty and the remaining 50% have minor BP and weight issues.
